Kaizen Martial Arts is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and our classes. Contact us on 07484819997.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the club: a guardian’s contact details and, for each child member, their name, date of birth and any medical or accessibility notes you choose to share. Most of our students are children, so we treat this data with particular care.
Lawful basis & children
We process data to deliver classes you’ve requested (contract) and to keep students safe (legitimate interests / legal obligation). A parent or guardian provides consent on behalf of a child.
Retention & your rights
We keep data only as long as necessary and then delete it. You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or complain to the ICO. Email us and we’ll help.
