What we teach
Kaizen Karate
Heavily influenced by Kyokushinkai, Kudo and Ashihara karate — points fighting, full-contact sparring, takedowns, grappling, striking and kicking.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu — locks, throws and stand-up techniques, with a dedicated beginners course.
MMA
Mixed Martial Arts, bringing several styles together for well-rounded, effective training.
Kobudo
A traditional Okinawan weapons system — nunchaku, sai, tonfa and more. Rarely taught anywhere else.
